Meet Mat Clancy

Mat Clancy is a Broker and Owner at RE/MAX Rise Executives, Brokerage and the Team Lead of Clancy Real Estate Solutions in Kingston, Ontario. In 2021, Mat was elected President of the Kingston and Areal Real Estate Association (KAREA) and in 2022 he was proudly inducted in to the RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Furthermore, Mat is an both an Entrepreneur and a Philanthropist.

Before his career in Real Estate, Mat was an award winning Art Auctioneer, a Diamond and Precious Gemstone Expert, an esteemed world traveler, and a Ryerson University Graduate. He spent the early part of his sales career traveling and working in over 55 countries, providing counsel to clients acquiring luxury goods, services, and property. Mat has personally guided both buyers and sellers through transactions of hundreds-of-millions of dollars worth of Real Estate, fine jewelry and fine artwork. He takes sincere pride in helping others make informed, thought out, buying and selling decisions and he has been recognized with numerous awards and recommendations throughout his career. Mat incessantly works to succeed at every goal he sets.

But at the heart of it, Mat is the proud to be the Father of his daughter Caleesi and husband of his wife Alina. They are what bring him the most joy and feelings of accomplishment in his life. They are what drive him to be both successful and efficient as Mat believes firmly in having a healthy and strategic work/life balance.

Born and raised in Kingston, Rob brings a global perspective and a results‑driven mindset for his real estate clients. A former Olympian and silver medalist, Rob spent over a decade competing at the highest level of sport, developing the discipline, resilience, and strategic thinking that now define his approach to real estate.
Rob complements his elite performance background with strong business experience and community‑focused leadership. He has served on a condominium board in Nassau, gaining firsthand insight into property governance, financial decision‑making, and the importance of long‑term value. While living in The Bahamas, he also founded and directed the Caribbean’s first high school rowing program—an experience that reflects his ability to lead, plan, and build successful initiatives from the ground up.
Known for his attention to detail, clear communication, and steady guidance, Rob is committed to delivering a smooth, well‑managed experience for both buyers and sellers. Whether helping clients find the right home or positioning a property for maximum market impact, he brings focus, integrity, and a strong commitment to results.
Rob lives in Kingston’s west end with his wife Rachel and their son Burke and is proud to serve the community he calls home.
